Tsarnaev asks judge to lift 'harsh' prison restrictions

  I think that they should lift the restrictions because no one should be tortured even if he did plant the bombs and injured many people and killed 3. He's gonna be in prison for life, no surprise if they treat him harsh but doing it overtime and all the time that's just torturing the guy. And The government has not alleged that Tsarnaev has done or said anything since his arrest to commit violence, incite violence, or engage in communications that pose a security threat." So i don't see why they should not lift the restrictions even just a bit.
